I absolutely love this store, the app not so much. I first tried this app black Friday weekend. It was difficult to use then and as it is now and its March. I seem to have the same issues. Every time I use it, it always freezes in the middle of trying to look at an item and then the stuff in my cart goes empty. I have to leave the app to go back in so the items in my cart return to the cart. I think the app can use a little makeover.

Bare bones, takes FOREVER to load. If they are hoping for purchases through
the app or website, they must have customers with extreme patience. I've
been on it a dozen times and haven't bought, because of how bad the site is.
