This is an annoying app to use. After I added an item to the shopping cart, it automatically wanted me to check out. It's next to impossible to go back to the shopping option without starting over. Also, the app is supposed to easily apply award cards. I had to write down a 19 digit number to apply it to my order. I didn't automatically apply my reward even though I had logged in, nor could I cut and paste the number. I won't be using this app very often. It's much easier to just go to the website directly.

Not a good user experience. Times out too quickly in all pages, multiple rewards cards are too close together and the store staff had difficulty selecting the one that was nearing expiration. Why is the reward nearing expiration on the bottom? It would be a better user experience to recommend the oldest one and not require scrolling down. After selecting the reward it has a popup asking if I want to continue to the barcode page. Unnecessary, why would I not want to when I just clicked to navigate there? Store staff needs more training on how to use the app coupons...
