All it is is a shortcut to the Wikipedia page of each mineral. Seriously. Might be handy shortcut, obv, and you can favorite, which could help you keep track of your wishlist or collection, which is why I gave 3 stars. Worth noting it does not have metaphysical properties, unless they happen to be on the Wikipedia, which I find they usually aren't.

This application is "growing" on me. More I use it. It was slow in the beginning. However nothing to do with the app. It is good resource!

This is a good tool if you know the mineral name. I just found this app, and I'm impressed with the number of minerals and content on each. However, I don't see any way to search for a mineral based on crystal habit, hardness, streak, and color. Regardless, I will purchase it.

Not only that it's full of annoying adds. The pictures do not match the stone. When I opened it, there was a few pics of stones next to the wrong names. For example, there is an amethyst cluster in place of Allabogdanite. Not informative at all, every description is ripped from Wikipedia.

Wish it wasn't quite so full of ads. But the information is pretty good. They also reference the source of the information incase you wanna cross check. You really NEED an option for search by image though. I really need to look up my own collection too.

A VERY PRETTY APP. Earth's 103 natural elements just did their thing, combining in different ways to form compounds, when the Earth was young. MUCH MUCH LATER, we came along. We dig around and find the minerals. We see them with our eyes. Some of us find them beautiful. THE APPLICATION ITSELF is VERY NICELY DONE. BIG THANK YOU to the developers.
