Could be 5 stars, but the app does not record the distance / mileage of my S01. I already drove more then 3 km and my total distance still sitting on 0.1km. Speed and battery percentage I can see on the bulit in display as well... but mileage and ride history could be interesting if they'd work.

Steer clear of anything that has to do with the Lou Board or the soflow company for that matter. The app is almost as bad as their customer service, and the only thing worse than their customer service is the board itself. The original app crashes everytime it's opened so you have to reinstall it every time you want to use it and the new app won't even connect to my Lou 1.0 which is the least of my worries since the board doesn't even work. Save yourself the stress and go with another brand.

I could not connect my LouBoard with this app. The older version worked poorly but at least I've managed to connect my LouBoard and configure it. Also the SoFlow website in Switzerland i since months out of stock. I can't oder spare wheels nore additional decks. This is not Swisslike at all, so disapointing... :-(

Hi, unfortunately the names of our apps are a bit misleading. There is now the "Lou Board App -SoFlow", intended for your Lou Board. The "SoFlow" app does currently only support our So6 Scooter. We are sorry for the inconveniences caused and hope you will have better luck with the Lou App.

glad to see they finally updated the app as the last one literally crashed after every use. Unfortunately i can't test to see if this one is any better because my Lou board 1.0 won't even connect

Never buy anything from this company, they do not stand behind their products. On top of hardware incompetence, to call their software abilities elementary would be insulting to kindergartners. Scammers at worst, imbiciles at best. For example, this app used to be for the disaster that was the Lou Board. Then they moved onto scooters in a desperate attempt for air and replaced the app originally intended for the Lou Board instead of creating a new app. Would be hilarious if it weren't so sad.
