I have severe anxiety, so this really helped me when I figured out more about my diagnosis. It helped me open up and realize I'm more than a little embarrassment. I want people to see my strong opend side, not my social anxiety side. Panic attacks have gone away a little bit. I'm more confident about my body. I might not be done with anxiety, but, I've been helped more than ever. THANKS❤❤

The questions may be appropriate to determine an overall summary of whether you have social anxiety, but what I found unacceptable was one of the Resources linking straight to a "How Niceness is Killing Your Relationship" audio. Immediately seemes very unscientific (as it doesn't even know whether I'm in a relationship) and ends with a very American advertisement - the content of which some people may deem exploitative.
