it's good. bit pricey....it doesn't cope with recurring invoices well, so I manually put them in and omit the dates....the confirmation of reciept doesn't reference the invoice number. all things that would make it better

Could not scan any bill, the function seems to be disabled. There is no way of entering any bill manually. There are plenty of bills without scan code around. Just let everyone to choose what bill they want to pay, to whom, how much, etc. This could be a very useful service for many people. For now it is very limited and rather useless application.

Great app, slightly lower fees for CCs would be better so I could use this for other bills that have lower fees with direct CC payments Would be 5 stars, but the day a bill was due my account was suspended and if I didn't take a photo of my ID and my cards linked the payment would not go through after 3pm while I was at work. A very poor process for customer loyalty

Signed up to Sniip so I could use payment options that my billers disallow or charge a higher surcharge on. Worked a few times. Unfortunately, even Sniip disallows some payment types depending on the biller. Kind of defeats the purpose, don't you think? As a middle-man who takes payment (with surcharge) and then passes on the payment to the biller, I don't understand why Sniip has this restriction. Side note: Always pay your bills with the surcharge-free option. Points aren't worth higher costs

Often use this app. If you have any issues the staff are very friendly and prompt when you need assistance. Excellent follow up support.. Kudos to the team at Sniip! 5 stars from every viewpoint!

STAY AWAY FROM THEM I have been identified to have multiple accounts because we used same payment method, what a joke! My bill was marked as paid. The next day, they asked for verification (which I was OK with), but I asked them not to stop my bill until I submit my document, as there will be late payment penalties. But they did not accept. To the developer: do not make it worse by providing an irrational response here. You have failed to provide the service and I opted out.
