No online customer service at all! There is no option to sibmit a support ticket! Except a phone number that is always busy! The fee we pay by calling their support phone is bigger than the service we seek! They MUST have a support ticket service!

The app has bugs. Anything i select disappears and later shows out of stock. Not to mention everything is out of stock. The app doesn't even say when the stocks will be back. Just unpleasant shopping experience. The discounts are worthless when you don't even have regular cheese in your store. Also, i can't even change the store to a different place and you charge for delivery. 🤦🏻♂️

This app gave me a headache 1) There are stupid restrictions when it comes to ordering; most of which do not make any sense. 2) It doesn't let you know that all possible delivery times are reserved except in the very end, when you've spent time and effort. So the whole thing gets cancelled because of their nonsense app design. 3) It is too irresponsive to taps. Omg. And it has bugs when it comes to adding items to your cart (you should tap in a specific way for it to work blah blah). DISASTER

It's great to have such an app during the coronavirus crisis. It could he more user-friendly if the items were more complete e.g. I was searching for a particular kind of cheese I couldn't find on the app, however, when I went to the shop, the item was available. If the cheese had been available on the app, I wouldn't have had to go the shop. If you fix this, you definitely deserve 5 stars. Thank you for your sincere service.

Stupid app. It simply wasted an hour of my time by not sending a modal saying it's delivery queue is full. And you can't choose any time exept current day and the day after. It's been the fifth time it has happened and ita official... Uninstall.

Extremely slow and featureless. Also, I was looking for sugar (simple sugar, just sugar!) but there was none! But they had diet sugar! I wonder how do they decide what to sell and what not to sell!
