I got this app to connect my NCT and Wayv lightstick to the bluetooth and try it out to make sure they work properly and you can't connect it unless there is a concert coming up. But even when there is a concert coming up it doesn't show that there is one so you can't try it out. Please just add a feature that let's you test out Bluetooth whenever.

App Buggy and freezes a lot. The Bluetooth function doesn't work on my EXO light stick. The colour change isn't an option - which really sucks because no concerts are ever held in South Africa so the likelihood of using it in concert is very low - would have at least liked to have the colour change available similarly to my Stray Kids light stick so I can at least have it flashing while watching EXO MVs.

I bought my NCT lightstick...but i can't connect it with the app..is there any problem with your app guys? C'mon how hard is that to fix the problem? Btw, the app work for my superbong.. i'm so frustrated, it is not how you treat the fans...not every fans has the previllage to attend the concert..just give a little joy to your fans by connecting their fan light to your app... I beg you! It mean a lot to us..

First, we can't connect Neobong (tried it on 4 smart phones and 1 tablet). Second, the account keeps on logging out if the app is not running. Pls do something about this. From what I've been seeing in vid tutorials on how to connect light stick, they used old version and it worked well. I think you have to bring back the old one. Or maybe the Wyth app. It is our first purchase of light stick and frustrated with the registration of it on the app.

The calendar is buggy and shows the incorrect month. It is off by one konth. For example, when selecting October, it shows September.

I can't connect my aespa lightstick with the new update but able to connect my RV lightstick. I know my aespa lightstick is not counterfeit since I pre-ordered it directly from sm.
