I am unable to access the digital edition on my Samsung Note 10 tablet which until recently worked well. The first problem was on Sunday 31st July when the download froze so I rebooted the tablet & the same issue was repeated. Next I uninstalled the app & been unable to log on, next I contacted the call centre & reset my password on another device ( laptop ) no problem gaining access now but am still unable to log on to my tablet.

This app is for Herald subscribers and enables your paid-for delivered Herald to also be downloaded to your tablet/pad/phone. The difference between this and the free Herald website is the e-Edition is a complete replica of the actual paper. Perfect for when one is not able to get to the letterbox or is away on holiday. Brilliant as downloaded papers are all saved and only deleted when you say so. Brilliant also because one can take and store "clippings" within the app, and one also has all the "in paper" magazines like "Drive", "Travel" and "Viva". Thanks Herald. (re other peoples comments: Herald does need to make it clear that whilst this app is free - one needs an active subscription to download papers)

Pointless app. Will not let me sign in to my account. Three phone calls later to NZ Herald help desk resulted in only option available being to cancel my subscription. NZ Herald, please get your act together

This app is rubbish and NZME should be ashamed to put out somthing so inadequate. It's clunky, won't allow a download to a PC despite claiming it will.
