Useless.. I have 600+ points and $36+ balance on my sim but always response not enough balance account.. I want to purchase $20 voucher... If you ask assistance from the staff they are very mean.. Very impatient to attend customers if we ask help from them..

very useless apps and promo from smartone. units like phone and tablet are all old models and trying to sell to much expensive price. smartone deceive people thinking that they can use their points to lessen the price but for a old model phone and tablet is a big NO.
