I don't think these are structured like nursing exams or how the NCLEX is structured. You can guess the answer just based off the others provided. The other options are just the answers to the other questions you'll be asked. The app should have individualized choices for each question not all the correct answers mixed together for the options. Example: one of the options for answers to question one should not include the answer to question two in it. You have questions about how is this different than this and then you only give one answer that has a comparison in the answer so it obviously the correct answer.
