Worst app! -the arrow keys worked at first, but later on stopped functioning except the upper arrow -when i tried the 'private listening' feature, there werent even sounds coming out of my phone + the sound on my tv was gone.. took me a few mins to fix it

This app works as designed for iOs device. But for android devices it sucks like a pornstar(App always suck). As for any complain for this app the Volume/CH up button does not work. The D-Pad does not work. When I called SkyCable support they advise to get help via online. Base on the thread of review for this app their app developer is alive like Michael Jackson.

works well with iOS but with android almost useless . Arrows dont work properly as well as Enter. Hope can fix this

Frustrating - I can't connect this app to my Sky on demand box. Doing a search for device in the app yields nothing, there's no instruction to be found anywhere, except for that thumbnailbthat says go to functional setting, but that setting cannot be found anywhere on the stb. AND WORST OF AlLL, no one from Sky even bother to reply or answer any of the complains here. They just totally and ignore and disregard their customers here!

I would give 5 stars for the numpad on the remote but please do some changes on the program of the arrow keys and volume and channel key cause everything I press, it always press up even the volume key or channel key. So please take note of my concern. Hoping for the update. Thankyou!

Multiple options are not working. Just like the arrow keys, Channel +/-, & Volume +/-. All the after mentioned keys, the up was only working. Last update was October 24, 2018. March 2020 already! My physical remote is not working and this app was supposed to be save the day. Please update this app!
