Every ~5 minutes the app just stops and I need to open my phone back up and hit play again

I experience what other reviewers do-- the audio stream stops suddenly for no apparent reason even on a stable Wi-Fi link. Sometimes it comes right back, but usually you have to restart the app. I didn't think it would bother me that much before I started using it but it gets more annoying and frustrating the more I use it. I like ncpr programming. This app seems to be an npr app with a custom skin for different stations. Npr really needs to figure this out. Podcasts don't do this to listeners.

It takes very long time to finally load. When I press the arrow shaped button it used to create acircle indicating it was starting and made a click. It started broadcasting right away. For the past several months it no longer makes a noise or draws a circle and itakes 8-10 seconds before starting the broadcast. Often I have to press arrow several times. I don't have this problem with other NPR stations on my phone.

Stops working all of the time and I have to press play again for livestream, drives me nuts. However it's the only local npr I have. So I tolerate it.

Excellent friendly knowledgable coverage of North Country news and arts as well as strong NPR and BBC news. Truly a major contributor to a sense of community pulling people together across the the North Country of NY state.
