Problem still not resolved - password reset 1 month since last reset. Notifications have stopped again. Will talk to school - another provider... 19/4/21 Need a new password nearly every time I want to check my messages. Rarely notifies me that there are any messages. Frustrating!

Suddenly keeps asking me to reset password to log in. Done it but still not working.

Rubbish app forced on us by our child's school. Constantly forces you to log back in over and over without reason, constantly updates itself without any improvement or reason.

This always asks for update but I don't see any improvement each tym,stucks in middle when I check my notifications, plss try to fix ,I'm wasting my tym and Internet for ths as my school uploads all the notices in this app,and logs u out and again I hve to log in again this always happens to me,crashes all tym ,there need to be a real fix in this

Terrible app, crashes all the time and logs you out. Forces password too often. Our school changed to this from another communication app which was much better.
