Download app, open app and provide email, receive email with log in link and note that the link will expire in 24 hours. Clicking the link opens the app and it can be used however the next time you go to use the app and try to open it directly it simply opens to a message saying you have been sent an email with a login link with the only option being a link to open your email app. Nothing works to make the app work directly and once the link expires your out of luck

Impossible to log into app. I must have resent the email for the link 20 times and no email has come through. Only way I can access is using browser and using Facebook to log in. I had access on my old phone so I'm just trying to get in on my new one. Even if I try and access it as someone who hasn't had the app before or try 'forgot password' it just doesn't send an email. Absolutely useless. Zero stars. Edit - your response is incorrect, this is the public app, and your support email bounces

Very weary of this app, purchased tickets for an event that was cancelled with no notice, several unanswered emails and no luck on phone either so still awaiting response and how to claim refund. 7 days and waiting. Host company stating refunds should come from skiddle. - thanks for the reply, but still no reply to email or answer from phone.
