About this app

Control & Identification Toolbox (CIT) is designed to teach control systems to the engineering students of the bachelor's degree. This app along with a bridge circuit lets the students perform experiments. The bridge circuit is an Arduino board with the following firmware.

Firmware for Arduino boards:
https://github.com/skgadi/ControlToolbox/blob/master/Bridge/Arduino/latest.pde

The bridge circuit works as a data acquisition board. CIT uses only two pins, which are one analog input and analog output pin. Students are free to connect any system, which can be an electrical, electronic or electromechanical system, to these terminals.

CIT implements the following algorithms.
1. Open loop system
2. Identification of a first-order system
3. Identification of a second-order system
4. Identification of a first-order system with integral control
5. PID controller
5. Model reference adaptive control (MRAC) for a first-order system
7. MRAC for a second-order adaptive control

New features

Fixed the error in trajectory tracking adaptive control
