SAFETY
• Phone and email verification for instructors, parents, and activity centres are all required in order to use the LinKid app.
• Class locations are not shared to anyone outside of the registered class.
• All data is securely stored using all industry-standard best practices for security.
• Virtual classes are run through our secure and integrated video platform.
COMMUNICATION
• Send and receive messages to hosts, instructors, or activity centre managers before, during, and after each class/activity.
• Enable push notifications to your phone so you never miss a message.
• Instructors, hosts, and activity centre managers can easily send messages and push notifications to all participants notifying them of important updates about their class/activity.
• Write reviews after your child has completed a class or session to provide useful feedback for the instructor and let other parents know about your child’s experience.
