Keeps asking 4pass word at login iNever logged in a first TIME and I NEVER USED a psswrd . Gonna try one more TIME . Now it is Showig some else's home . I DO NOT LIKE IT . I can see an old lady/man sitting in a chair watching tv. Ive tried reset that's not working....just a waste of power gonna unplug it when I get home. If I could I'd give 0 stars.... Ok ive had for yrs now still not working , have to reinstall app if I want to use it and thn cross my fingers hoping it will work.

It does take a while to set it up sometimes. I changed my wifi and I had many issues to make it work again but it's a matter of patience. Camera works great, the only issue is that sometimes I have to close the app 2 or 3 times before it connects. If you are having issues, remove the camera from the app, press the reset button on the back of the camera with a paperclip and wait until you hear a "beep". Then start over the setup and go to "quick wifi setup" and try to connect it. It worked for me but I had to do that 2 times.

Haven't been able to connect for 2 months now. No reply from customer support. Useless app.

The app doesn't seem to work unless you are literally sitting right beside the camera. If my phone isn't within 10 feet of the camera the video shows the camera is offline. I was getting motion sensor alerts on the phone when the video was showing offline when I was upstairs in my home - the camera is downstairs. I think the camera was working but the app/video doesn't work. I've tried all the troubleshooting info that I found on line. Once it's offline it never seems to reset by itself so you have to be there to unplug it to reset it so it's pretty much useless to me.

How is the camera supposed to attain information from the app if it's not connected to any internet? Bluetooth? Explain that please. Also, In the about section of this app contains the following: "This version is designed for iOS7 and above." Step 2 under "quick wifi configuration" : Connect to wifi network Select your wifi network and key-in the password. The button to enter the wifi name says When you click it. Nothing happens. Obviously.

The app is buggy. It cannot sense wifi networks and the field to enter the SSID manually is not editable. The wifi password field can be edited but not the SSID. I believe that if i could get past this step it would probably work ....but it is a useless camera at this point.
