I like & love this App. I am a retired person, High Blood Pressure patient & two knees replaced man, Senior citizen. live in rent income 19000rs. I borrowed Hemant Shah 4 lacs RS without any interest. After 1 year his cheques bounced. I won in 138, negotiable Court. to pay me 4 lacs& 1 year Jail. he went to session Court. can I asked 8 lacs rs& 2 years Jail for harrasing me. please kindly guide me.
