Download for firmware updates and don't bother with anything else (not that you'll have time with how long those updates take, and how easy they are to interrupt). Moreover, the app doesn't add itself to any launcher after install, meaning that you have to return to the play store to launch it. Significant improvement is required.

Please make the random button random. Every time I click it in any other app it shuffles the songs into a new and random order but in this app it just plays the same 'random' playlist. The same songs in the same order no matter how many times I click on it. I am honestly disappointed and think this is the achilles heel of this app. PLEASE fix this in the next version of the app. The Eq does not apply outside this app on my shure aonic 215, which is an awful shame, my £100 galaxy buds have this!

The only reason you should download this app is to update the firmware on your headphones. (Which it does very poorly. I had to restart the process three times because it would either get stuck on the same percent for an hour or just crash.) The fact that you can only use the equalizer on music you manually load on to your phone, then play through the app, makes it useless for an overwhelming majority of end users. It's not the 2000s anymore--people stream music through services like Spotify, Pandora, etc. I seriously hope some out of touch boomer think-tank didn't force the app developers to make it function this way. Look at the overwhelming negative feedback saying the exact same thing: a global equalizer is needed. Get your act together, Shure. (P.S. Don't make your marketing intern/bot paste the same "we are listening to your feedback!" reply here as well; it is very clear you are not.)

Navigating the features takes getting used to but once you figure it out it's pretty straightforward. Some complain of a lack of a volume button however, it actually does have one. One caveat is that whatever you have selected from the app will be the default if you use another device that does not support the app. For instance if you have environment mode enabled while on your cellphone and then switch to your music player i.e. Astell&Kern then the environment mode will be active.

Excellent music player!! It has mostly all the functionalities I need to enjoy my music. Can you please add a folder explorer in the music section and the option to disable the "Recently Added" and "Recently Played" sections? Thanks so much in advance!

Music section in the app is trash. Don't even have folder sorting available. Also out of all my songs, 1 wasn't found in the app. But on my mobile music player it's there. Not related to the app but the sound quality is identical to any $50 IE earphones available. Paired SE535 with TW1. Disappointing, think I should stick to wired 🤦
