Wow! Hands down the worst subscription service I've ever had to deal with in my life. I went ahead and started the trial with hopes of not only trying the service but purchasing a PPV. This was my first time ever buying a PPV and was pretty excited to do so. From the moment I paid the $49.99 I spent more than half my time getting kicked off and trying to get back in. As soon as I'm done writting this review I'm going to end my subscription and NEVER buying their PPV's again. GOOD RIDDANCE!!!

This app feels like it is from 2010. The interface is clunky, the app is counter intuitive, and there is no functionality. This is astounding in 2021. You can't skip forward, and most button icons do the opposite of all other video apps. Hard to believe this app is owned by a supposedly premium subscription service. But they are actively helping destroy the sport of boxing, so what can you expect?

I down loaded this app to enjoy pay per view with my family. The only problem was that I paid for the service and the service was never provided. This is a total scam. The worst service I have ever experienced! Purchasing anything from Showtime is like gambling except you don't have any chance to win. They take your money and if you don't get what you paid for, expect an apology with no solution. Thanks for stealing money. Showtime PPV IS A SCAM.

In the past I did not have a problem accessing my account. For the past 3 weeks are have not been able to access my account. I get a messaging saying renew my subscription which is current. Their customer service is horrible and my issue has not been resolved. I asked for a refund and I was told if I'm due a refund they will let me know. Good Luck with this one... There is nothing for me to review. This problem has been going on for three weeks. I have called at least 6 times including today.

Absolutely terrible on my smart TV. I have multiple streaming apps such as Netflix, Hulu, Prime, etc. I never have any issue with them. Showtime will load ONCE EVERY TEN TRIES!!!!! So frustrating. Update as of June 6th, 2021 - Showtime continues to disappoint. Showtime crashed across most devices during Boxing PPV event that Millions paid for and didn't get to see. There are no words. Showtime just needs to close up shop.

Your service is down. The website and application is down. Now I know why your ratings are so low. Shame on you. You have paying costumers you owe for lack of service. I have researched trying to fix my problem thinking it was my fault but your support system is horrible. There's no answer for my problem on your website. Now the whole website is down. It's a server error. That's your fault. My network speed is 75 and above. Thanks.
