Slow app and misleading discount When 20% discount applied for downloading the app it removes free shipping and therefore saves $3 instead of $10 in my case. Small amount but disappointing and unnecessary experience. Tip- make your discount less so you don't need to add back shipping. The psychology of discounts is having a little win, you can do this with 10% just as much as 20.

Reset password doesn't work, it just brings you to the home page of the app. The app is easy to use but sometimes malfunctions and exits randomly.
