I can make purchases fine, but I tried to reload a newly purchased card (purchased from this site) and it wouldn't take. Wouldn't scan the card by the bar code on back, wouldn't accept "Walmart" as the brand when I tried to manually input the information. Tried using the ShopwithScrip site and still had the same issues. Had to use my desktop computer in order for it to work properly. No idea what the matter is.

There have been the occasions that the order does not go through. But this also affects the website, so it isn't necessarily the app. Other than that, it is simple to use and great for searching for gift cards and putting together a cart, especially for refilling reloadable and purchasing eGift cards.

So far a good experience. My biggest complaint is that the login screen blocks pasting a password into the password field. It also is configured so that my Android autofill service or my bit warden app is unable to identify and paste data into the app. I had to manually type my username and 32 character password. At least it does support biometric authentication once logged in.

So frustrated. First time using app and I expected to get added it to my digital wallet. But instead it shipped to a coordinator. There's no undo and so frustrating to have to now have them pay postage to give it to me. The app should be clear if it's a digital gift card or at least if it's a gift card that is shipped to me or somewhere else. Now it's just a headache.

May take a little fiCharities! to set up, but it's a great way to support your favorite charities! Can hardly believe how many businesses are available here to make purchases.

Purchase cards or e-certificates as a gift, or for yourself and earn extra dollars for your church, school, or other favorite non-profit. You're not spending $ on things you don't need or buying items that are over-priced. The app is very easy to use. The customer service reps are super helpful and cheerful if you call the helpline.
