The showtimes do not match the theater times for showing each movie. And sometimes the Movies in the app do not match what is playing in the Cinema.

Almost the worst movie app i have ever used! What i experienced: i booked the tickets and paid with my Thai card. They deducted the amount from card but then it still shows "unpaid" in app. I called their hotline and the customer service lady said "yes i can see your money is deducted but your tickets are unpaid for. Your money will be refunded in 1-3 days and now you can book the tickets again. No you cannot have the same seats because they are occupied by you". Definitely useless app!

Dear SF cinema Team, please Add English subtitles &Thai subtitles (2 subtitles) for All foreign language movies., Because some movies running with Thai dubbed language & Thai subtitles (don't have english subtitles)., Why like this

Not a bad app..but it would be better and I would see more movies if you could find a theater by entering a postal code. Thais haven't figured out that to foreigners the location name doesn't work unless you are familiar with them. A postal code works much better!

Was working great until last month. Now every time I try to book a movie, it says I have an invalid SF plus number. So I can't get a discount using this app anymore and I can't book movies at all anymore with the app.
