App won't load keeps saying loading is taking longer then usual. I even tried clearing data and cache and tried uninstalling the app then reinstalling it. Still says same thing.

The app won't even open for me now. I try to use it and all it has is the opening page and "Loading is taking a bit longer than usual..." to see how long this would go on I left it open put my phone down to walk my dog. I came back and it was STILL THE SAME. I used to love this app, I even deleted it and redownloaded it! I'm upset and just want to use the app again!

Originally, I loved this app. Who wouldn't love great, affordable makeup at the touch of a finger tip. Unfortunately the prices that they used to wow us all originally have been steadily climbing. When I got my Athena and Aphrodite palettes, they were $10. $10! Now this app wants to try to slyly raise the price because of their growing popularity. Currently the price is $14. That's a 40% price increase in less than a year, people!!! For a business, that is simply unacceptable. If an item is worth $14, price it at $14 from the beginning. There is no need for this bait and switch tactic to be used on loyal consumers. Seems like another brand getting greedy after success. How disappointing.

I love this app, I love the makeup on this app, the shipping is quick. The issue that I have is with the social media portion. I have the galaxy s9 and it doesn't allow me to see everything that someone posts, if what they write is too long. Also if I comment on someone's post and they reply, there is no notification for their reply, so I can't see it

I love this app , and it has most of my self care needs for cheaper than they generally are at the store or at other online stores . I loveee that it has free shipping as well ! I do , although , wish that the search function worked a little better ? If you look up a certain brand it still puts in things that aren't related to that brand , but have that word in the title and it shows the pictures so tiny ! Other than that , I love the app and its functionality is pretty good !

When I first started to get into makeup, I absolutely lovee this app. Amazing deals. I had no problems...at first. Every now and again there would be some problems like the app would crash when there was a hyped up release. That didnt really last that long and 1hr or 2, max. However then came the launch of the Arabesque palette (abh spft glam dupe) i was gonna buy it so i went om the app right at launch time. big mistake i tried forever to check out and the app wouldnt let me. So i would close the app and try again. Well at one point the app signed me out!! but i thought it was no big deal. Unfortunately it was a big deal because the system wouldn't let me sign in. My info was correct but it still would not let me sign in. I emailed hush support. They didn't really do anything for me. They told me they couldn't get my account back. It made me so mad. Hush has a reward system for every dollar you spend you earn points, also they have tiers so every tier you earn extra points! As well as logging in everyday you get points. I had spend soooooo much money on this dang app, I was at a tier that I would earn extra points and hush support was telling me they couldn't give me back my account and my tier level even though it was their fault!! They gave me a "courtesy" discount which were actually my points in the first place!!! Well they were seriously no help. Well I have been collecting the daily log in points for months! I had $14 worth. Well I had gotten a new phone and had to re install this app. I tried logging into my account, guess what. The same dang thing happened again. But only this time hush support never answered me!!! Worst customer service ever. Absolutely terrible.
