I really like the interface of the app and ease of use but as a foreigner it makes it a little bit difficult since my Chinese is limited. You can change the GUI to English but when you are searching it is very limited. I always have to use Google's translation app to figure out stuff but if they could somehow integrate it it would be even better for me

The app is stable and reliable for me, the English version is good enough that I can order and received things, but there are few things that aren't translated yet so they still appear in Chinese, I hope they are working on it or they will work on it soon, other than that, my experience has been good, So 5 stars from me to encourage them!

The mobile app is almost unusable. It's slow and can be unresponsive. It has a difficult time processing any complex task, such as deleting an item from your "watch list." Furthermore, it has an incredibly difficult time uploading photos/videos when you want to rate items. It freezes 99% of the time. Best to use this on a PC if you can. The mobile app is incredibly frustrating. I'd give it less than 1★ if I could.

No English service... No translation....no response... would rate the app as 1 out of 5 stars because it was not user-friendly and did not meet my expectations. Additionally, the fact that I had to go through the hassle of getting a refund for an app I did not approve of is disappointing.

It's okay, but I'm giving it a low grade because of the obstacles it puts in front of foreign users when trying to buy from overseas vendors. It requires you to use the 街口 app for name verification, yet this app is near useless unless you read Chinese to a high level. There is no way to copy or paste from the app or to screenshot it to use with the like of Google lens. I'd give shopee 4 stars if they found someone better to partner with.

I originally gave this a 5 star review which as a buyer is valid, however as a seller, their system is flawed and needs improvement. Had a buyer buy multiple items which would surpass the weight restriction for store to store shipping (5KG). I had to cancel the order and have the buyer purchase the items separately instead. Shopee gave me a penalty for having to do this. Submitted an appeal and nothing. I'll go back to using Ruten and Yahoo more, fees are lower anyways.
