Items in shopping cart keeps randomly arranged. Item rearranged to who knows where, when back from viewing (from cart). Even selected items also gets rearranged. Had to scroll up or down to search for it, and to confirm if that's the correct one. Imagine having 200+ items in cart. Really hate to give bad ratings but am too frustrated with the experience.

The rate and review system on mobile is atrocious!!!! I am trying to send a review for a big order (15 items) and the app keeps hanging. Videos and photos keep buffering and refuse to be uploaded. I tried to send in a review for almost an hour and the app is just stuck on the loading screen. We need an option to save our progress when reviewing!! Terrible experience. 0/10.

App lags when you tap back button so you end up tapping again now it goes back twice so your search results are gone start over, tested on multiple devices same issue, fix it for better rating Update: new phone still the same issues, on top of that the couriers now send your pick locker items to whatever available locker in the general neighbourhood, 2-4 bus stops away making you pay for transportation or walk to and from the new locker location, i wish i can rate this app 0 stars

Everytime wanted fast delivery and hence filter by local only but every post are pre order and got to wait a long time, scroll through pages and all pre order, feedback but customer service says its for the benefits of sellers. Might as well get from taobao. Waste time.

App is ok, but the delivery experience with Shopee's own delivery fleet has become appalling. If you're a buyer, think twice about choosing ShopeeXpress as they can and have missed my delivery AND redelivery times, but will not contact you about possible redelivery times, neither is the customer service contactable to advise when the order might reship. Service recovery. Service recovery is also non existent, and your only option then is to refund

Bad, can't review my product with pictures of defects. Sometimes wanna explain to vendor also hard. Talk to customer service, asking me to upgrade n so I upgrade and do the steps as told. Same problem.. Ur IT department suppose to look into this bug. Will opt for another platform if persist. No point that buying thru a virtual platform and we can't have a proper feedback n yet customer service on such issue can't resolve a simple problem. It looks bad ok you.You will lost most of ur valuable cus
