Very helpful. Easy to find something that you need. Just make sure you have read the reviews before purchasing item ao that you may know your expectations. The Refund/return is also easy, just needed to provide proof and proper reason for the returned items. The Spaylater / SLoan interest is reasonable. The live chat assistant is also very helpful.

It consumes a lot of storage and data. It works well until you go to cart where it's hard to select items even with few items in cart. The sellers ship out fast and send pics priorly. Vouchers don't stack. Shopee Express is a failure. They deliver late then it's your fault if you're not in the set place when they deliver. They don't send early notices, and they won't wait for you. Tracking (with SPX) is unreliable when it reaches final warehouse. They want you to uselessly wait for them at home.

Hi! The app is not opening in this device. It's closes immediately. Can you fix this? I need it, so I can pay my Spaylater and also my Sloan. I can't monitor it because the app itself. I actually did so many things to be able to work it like, restarting my phone, clear cache, force stop/close the app and also uninstall ot and install but, sadly, it didn't work. :(

Good enough as an online market. Bought various things and received most of them properly. Was sent wrong item once, but was easily refunded. Rating/review system is useless because users post unrelated images and text just for Shopee coins. Very hard to determine if seller and items are legit. Interface is confusing. Stop infesting my apps with not family friendly ads. Lost a voucher because I had to relink my bank account and upon returning the item was not in my cart and the voucher gone.

I do know I have an outstanding amount to be paid via my Spaylater and I always pay it earlier or on the due date and I've never been overdue but the notification to have it paid is too much. I've been receiving consecutive notification since 6-January though the due date is still the 15- January and as if sending reminder via email and app is not yet enough they would send reminders via SMS even on weekends. I would understand if the due date is 2 prior the due date but 9 days are you kidding.

Rating change from 1 to 4. Shipping time improved alot. Also courier handling. At least from my experience. and lately, voucher system had reverted back. Now you can use 2 vouchers simultaneously. Here's hoping that it's not temporary.
