1987-yil, 26-iyul kuni Samarqand viloyati, Narpay tumani, Mirbozor shaharchasida tug'ilgan. Otasi Shavkat Mavlonov Un zavodida hisobchi bo'lib ishlagan, onasi Nodira Sattorova o'qituvchi bo'lib faoliyat yuritgan.
Jasurbek Mavlonov 1994-yilda Samarqand viloyati, Narpay tumanidagi 17-o'rta umumta'lim maktabida ilk ta'limni olishni boshlagan. 2003-yilda Samarqand shahrida joylashgan San'at kollejiga o'qishga kirgan.
Jasurbek Mavlonov 2006-yilda O'zbekiston va Qoraqalpog'iston xalq artisti Ozodbek Nazarbekovga shogird tushib Toshkent shahriga kelgan va ijodni poytaxtda boshlagan.
Jasurbek 2018-yildan boshlab, Samarqand Davlat Universitetining "Musiqa" fakultetida ta'lim olmoqda.
Jasurbek Mavlonov ustozi Ozodbek Nazarbekovga shoir va bastakor sifatida "Muhabbat ko'yida zorman", "Yig'larman", "Rayhon senga uylanaman", "Yor-yor bo'lmadingiz menga Dilorom", "Kelasizmu sog'insam", "Jigi-jigi" va yana ko'plab qo'shiqlarni yozib bergan.
Bahrom Nazarovga esa "Nahotki", "Yetimlar", "Kamtarin bo'l", "Gulsara" va yana ko'plab qo'shiqlarni taqdim etgan.

O'zbekistonda xizmat ko'rsatgan artistlar Alisher Fayzga "Afsona", Sardor Rahimxonga "Sinfdosh" kabi taronalarni yozib bergan.
Bugungi kunda Jasurbek Mavlonovning xit darajasiga chiqqan "Ishq", "Nappi", "Akam", "Rizvongul", "Bevafo", "Sevaverasan", "Qaylardasan", "Yana sog'inch" taronalari bor.
Bundan tashqari, Jasurbek Mavlonov muallifligida "Dildora", "Mayin-mayin", "Netay", "Dilbari Dilorom", "Odam", "Vatan", "Andijonlik", "Yo Rab", "Yana yuragim", "Gulim", "Sevgi armoni", "Yana-yana", "Yig'latding", "Ona", "Bilmadim onajon" kabi yuzlab taronalar bor.
Jasurbek Mavlonov 2019-yilning 24-25-fevral kunlari "Xalqlar do'stligi" saroyida "Chin do'st" deb nomlangan ilk yakkaxon konsert dasturini taqdim etdi.
