I booked courier through this app thinking of convicience as I don't have to step out of my house. BUT, all went good except the most important part. I didn't receive the invoice for my payment. without invoice I can't claim the deliver charges. I've raised support tickets for it, but no response yet. please prefer your local vendors if possible. this app and system needs huge improvements in my opinion.

1. app doesn't give details of the different delivery options shown, and options shown in app don't match their website, so have no way of knowing what they are. 2. I had packed everything and labelled, and only then the app told me to take a pic of unpacked contents and that a label would be brought by the pick-up executive. I had to tear away the tapes, and labels... Haven't yet seen the tracking and other facilities of the app so not commenting.

Worst customer service. Courier has not been delivered even it is more than a week. If I call customer support also no proper response. Actually to connect to them is most difficult and painful thing it take approx 30 mins of time to connect to them. Executives are not answering with the questions and they are disconnecting the call with out answering.

Don't go with ratings please. Everything happened on time and super fast. I really have no clue why this rating are. I never wrote a feedback for any of the app, but it made me to do. When they does we should acknowledge it. I m happy so u guys can try too Updated one: Bit disappointed as the product not delivered but showing as delivered in app. No communication on delivery too.

There are few issues 1. It accepts mobile no. more than 10 digits. In case it has to allow a country code that will help. 2. No notice to DTDC pickup collection center on cancelation of shipment 3. Confirmation of cancelation and the refund thereof is not confirmatory, hence raise doubt, with collection agent calling for canceled shipment pick up the doubt is even more. 4.Refund process and communication thereof should be instantaneous. Good part, it's super convenient, price ok ok.

Terrible experience. They ask you to take pictures of parcel which is not in your hand. I am booking for pickup in mumbai, how can I take pictures. Now they want telephone number to resolve my problem. The problem is with your app, please resolve that. Think if someone who lives in Goa wants to book a parcel for pickup from Mumbai, how is he going to take a picture of the parcel ?
