The delivery date you request when your order is just a suggestion tp them. They will cancel your original order and complete a replacement order with a new date that is convenient for them. You will get an email from them with your new delivery date. Then you will spend hours on the phone with customer service workers who are working from home. Expect to get hung up on and told everything is fine. I will never order from them again.

THEE WORST EXPERIENCE! I placed an order today online & their website automatically attached some Passport to my order that only showed up on my receipt. 1st Rep stated it's 1-800-Flowers & not Shari's Berries. 2nd Rep hung up, called me back, placed me on continual holds only to say it will take 7 business days to receive my money!

They're awesome! No matter what you order! The price is outrageous. If you are on their website you should already be aware of that. They'll never disappoint! They are worth every penny. Unlike something that they will need a place for permanently, "Chocolate covered Strawberries" 🍫🍓 are eaten and so enjoyed! 😋. Worth the price and always well received. Also it is best to ask the possible recipient if they like Strawberries to make sure there are no allergies.
