Recently it was changed to require you to always give the location information, not only when you're using the app. There is zero reason for this. It also doesn't remain logged in requires you to authenticate each time, but it's broken so you have to close it and then you can log in. the only reason for installing is the ability to scan tickets. However you have to be logged in to scan tickets and that's where a lot of the problems are. If they remove the constant location requirement, its ok.

Barely usable. App does not remember password even when selected to save. Biometrics do not work even when selected to use. Can not save your "favorite" numbers. You have to "sign in" to use the SCAN feature which is work because it wont save your password. Constantly crashes and needs to restart

Just aweful. I used it at first it was ok even though after scanning a second chance card it would tell me it didn't recognize the next card scanned. Now I can't even login. How can I use the app if I can't login. Complete rubbish. Even uninstalled and reinstalled at least 4 times.

I learned If your device allows you to turn animation off on select apps this app doesn't kick you off as much wasn't crashing as much. I'm using a Samsung device and it just upgraded to 11 and the app is crashing crazy again.

When trying to submit tickets for 2nd chance drawings, keeps giving error as if I'm not registered and logged in, no way to contact support via app...too many issues!

I recently updated my South Carolina lottery app and it's terrible. I like the app that it updated from, it never crashed now I have to constantly sign back in because it crashes and Boots me out of the system. The new updated app makes me re-enter my password, which on the other app the phone could do it for me now I have to remember another password it's very frustrating to use the new update in South Carolina lottery app the whole reason I downloaded it was to be able to scan the tickets
