I have tried to load and use this app several times. Every time it cannot establish a secure connection so it is virtually useless! I was able to scan a ticket, but couldn't do anything else. Not even enter it for the second chance drawing or log in to my VIP account. Horrible!

This app used to work great but now to it. Try to uninstall and reinstall still won't work every time I get an error really wish they would fix it. Easier to scan second chance tickets then entering them manually

Reinstalled several times, never works. I could understand on Wi-Fi but even on a private connection, it always says it cannot establish a secure connection. It won't allow you to enter 2nd chance tickets or log into the vip player's club. This app is a complete waste of time & storage space!

This app plain and simple... Sucks! Constantly getting a "something went wrong" and it freezes, takes forever to load, and it frustrates me more than anything! I want to scream. Thank you

The app froze, so I uninstalled and reinstalled it. Took few tries to get past age verification. All it does is show boxes where pictures should be. Can't get it to show anything...very frustrating!😤👎👎

It used to work fine. I only use it to check tickets. But that hasn't
worked now for weeks. Tired of trying it, so im just getting rid of it.
When it worked it was helpful, but now it doesn't and it hasn't been fixed
so im deleting it.
