Initially it was streaming smoothly but now it is not streaming well at all, in fact it can't play for 5s without stopping. It stops and stops and tells you the channel may not be available. This is very annoying. We have paid for subscription and this is all that you guys have for us? Very bad, please do something about it.

Very, very bad app. Wasted my money and time. They took my money and still won't let access the channels. They rather want me to pay for another subscription again. And when i even try to indulge them and buy a new subscription, they tell me the old subscription is still in place so i can't buy a new one. Meanwhile i still can't access the channels.

This is becoming too much... I have to always subscribe 2 to 3 times before I am allowed to view the content and each time I subscribe, it is deducted but once I try to use the app, I'm told to subscribe again then I have to go and unsubscribe to be able to subscribe again. Each time the payment is deducted. Please fix it.. it's not good at all...

the most useless application ever! how can I subscribe to your services and you still deduct my data more than when I'm watching online. and if you don't have data, then you can't watch any channel. does it make sense? what's the essence of the subscription? you're thieves!
