As mentioned by other users, Push notifications dont come through. This afternoon our son was left wating at school because no notification that footy practice had been cancelled was received. If schools are going to use this app to send important messages, the system should work. This needs to be addressed immediately as it is a safety issue.

It's a clunker - great idea poorly designed and executed. It's unfriendly glitchy interface inhibits child learning so much our child has gone from being a grade 'A' student of the year to being a mid 'C' grade in 3 months once starting to use this broken platform. Notifications barely work. No feature to set reminders. Get used to failed assessments because students either don't see them appear in SEQTA until just before or after their due date or the assignment content is missing. Perhaps it's the school not entering the data correctly. I can only imagine how difficult that task is for teachers going by how hard it is to use as a parent, let alone a student. SEQTA, please don't reply to this review asking me to email you for help, this is an honest review, not a support request. The entire package needs to be thrown in the bin, re-designed and re-written from scratch.

Suggestions: In 'Upcoming' and where it shows the due date of work it would be handy if it had a 'countdown' for work coming up. Also assignments etc past - show in a lighter grey colour.

Our school has only recently started using SEQTA Engage and I am finding it very helpful. To have the notifications about my children's education all in one location is great and I get notified as soon as a new message appears in my account. The navigation is a little confusing and the menu items appearing in a different order on the app compared to the website is frustrating. Overall a very helpful app.

Good to see what the kids are doing and feedback from the teachers is fantastic. Just wish I could see attachments or school reports, keeps coming up download error.

Seems to have updated and asks me to update chrome. I don't use chrome. Can't log in. Get reset email but when I click on the reset link I am directed to the normal log in page which won't accept a new password.
