As soon as I changed phones from Samsung S6 to Samsung S10 this app stopped working properly. honestly had no problems with S6 whatsoever. now it lags behind super slow it's soo frustrating!!! I'm almost giving up on it. i have uninstalled/installed it couple of times no go.it was my favourite shopping app. please fix it. I'm very disappointed. I would have loved to have given it 5 stars because it's such a smart app and deserved it. But now it's almost worthless 😕😥. Edit: all fixed now.5stars

Slow, laggy, and if you leave the app and reopen it, it always resets to the homepage. Expected better from Selfridges! Really poor.

I tried ordering an item that I had on my wishlist that became available again. Payment went through and I was waiting for dispatching. A few days later, my order was cancelled. The item was placed online as an instock item and I tried ordering again. Again, my order was cancelled. Both times, Selfridges took my money and never refunded. Both are high cost purchases. Screw this app. Screw Selfridges.

Ive won a prize draw, i have 2 hours to purchase. Every time i select the secure checkout link it just refreshes the same page. Its extremely frustrating. I have also added an item to my bag to see if this helps the situation. Now i cant remove the item from my bag. Scanned the entire shopping cart page and i cannot see anyway of removing the item.

Downloaded the app update then everything became worse. None if the items would load if you click into it individually, none of thesearch results show up, you cannot add anything into basket or wish list. It was already slow before the update but at least it worked. Now it is a completely useless app.

Experienced the worst customer service comparing to other online store. Didnt reply email properly with different standard. Procastinating follow up email. Didnt refund even the item was proved to be received well. Apps interface is ok. Takes 3 to 5s to load a new page. The only benefits are cheap and more variety of items apart from just fashion.
