Kalimat sangat sederhana,yang anak tk juga bisa menghafalnya. Tapi begitu mudahnya,sehingga banyak orang yang lupa atau melupakannya. Karena pikiran sudah terdistorsi oleh pemikiran,bahwa yang paling benar dan paling baik adalah yang rumit rumit . Dan yang paling patent adalah yang mahal. Sedangkan “barang murahan” dianggap tidak berbobot dan tidak pantas disandingkan dalam hidup keseharian.

Oleh karena paradigma yang meleset ini,maka arus pola berpikir dan sikap mental pun secara sadar ataupun tanpa sadar tergiring masuk kedalam jurang. Bahwa untuk hidup sehat itu perlu uang banyak atau setidaknya perlu hidup berkelimpahan.Sedangkan bagi yang masih hidup pas pasan dianggap atau bahkan diyakini,belum berhak mendapatkan hidup yang sehat.

Padahal untuk meraih hidup yang sehat lahir dan batin,tidak tergantung pada seberapa mahalnya makanan dan minuman yang masuk kedalam tubuh,melainkan seberapa pedulinya kita terhadap kesehatan diri dan lingkungan.
