Set up account. Let cat out. Went to track her and the app says the information is wrong. No such device. Then I got a pop up saying my password was leaked and that the device is logged in to other phones. Now my cat of 10 years is missing. This is a scam. I saw on Amazon where I purchased the tracker that others wrote in the reviews that they had the exact problem!!! Do not purchase tracker or use this app!

It is a strait rip off. No customer support. I used it for 1 week. I paid for 1 month. The app kicked me out. I signed back in and it wanted me to scan my devices again. When I did. It says they don't exist. I would love to place a few choice words beyond this.! $@!#! !$%$@ !@$@ Save your money

I cant even get past the account setup without a chinese pop up warning saying wrong email format even after i tried 3 differnt emails and no support option.wasted my money.

This app is really good . My only complaint is , is that the app doesn't notify when our puppy is out of her fence . I'm not sure if it is the device or the app . Hopefully this will be fixed in the update
