Works pretty alright for me, simple but real easy to connect to your music software program. I dunno, maybe having something like a 'Bluetooth connection option; that'd be pretty awesome. However this being said, still I rather enjoy using the app! Absolutely serves its purpose, for sure.

Pretty good design, intuitive. Midi setup very easy. But custom buttons can only send CC messages, it's missing the ability to create a button that sends a program change. Also the UI for picking from the 128 different CC message types is painful, should just be a dropdown but instead you have to hit forward/back a zillion times.

A fantastic app. Works with my HX Stomp, giving me the functionality of a $200+ Midi Controller. A few tweaks would get 5 stars. 1. The ability to resize, change layout of command buttons. 2. More color options for buttons. 3. The ability to switch to portrait mode. 4. I can't rename any buttons past the first 10. I can edit everything else, but attempting to rename closes the edit window. Not sure if some of these are because of my phone. Keep up the great work.

Great job on the app! It's nice to have something like this for Android. I have two suggestions for future updates. One, the ability to make the sliders narrower for certain instances. Two, to have the slider values fill in reverse when using them as drawbars for virtual organs. Thanks so much for making this available! UPDATE: I had this controlling my Roland SH-32. Worked flawlessly. Original 4 star rating now 5. Congratulations on a very useful app!

The app works ok, meaning, that it sends Midi signals to your pc. It uses the android-midi protocol, so there's no need for using any additional software on pc. What I have a problem with, is the interface/layout. I wanted to mostly use the sliders. There are two slider modes - horizontal and vertical. one has sloders too thick, the other too thin, and there is no way to change that. Since the app lacks a full screen mode, the top bar and some buttons waste space, which is so valuable here.

I do like this product, it is very useful, but I do have some issues and suggestions. 1. When selecting through the different modes, keyboard, notes, and sliders, it scrolls through them instead of going to the one I click on, same with the color choices. Nothing too bad, just a little annoying. 2. On the UI for the notes board, the words between the - and + get cut off, so I am unsure of what I'm selecting exactly. 3. This is just a suggestion, but I wouldn't mind having a custom option where I could select a mixture of notes and sliders and have them next to one another. Have keyboard, notes, sliders, and "edit/ custom mode," just an idea. I use this program with Adobe's Character Animator, and being able to trigger animations while using the sliders to change the x and y positions would be handy. Just a suggestion though. I do hope this program does evolve and becomes more streamlined. I do find it quite useful, but a little cumbersome to use properly.

About this app

Your phone turns into an USB Midi controller for controlling software (eg audio workstations / DAWs) and hardware (eg synthesizer, light show, ...) via USB.

All common MIDI information can be sent,
including all music notes and all possible control change values.
Build your own workspace from scratch.
All controls are fully customizable.

- Simple, customizable keyboard with speed and channel controls
- Customizable buttons (one-shot and on / off) for sending control information
- Customizable sliders
- Multiple view options (therefore also optimal for tablets)

More than 500 buttons and sliders can be added
which work on 16 different midi channels. That way, you can create your own interface with any controls you need.

Control your DAW, your synthesizer, or whatever you want to work with.

Example DAW (Digital Audio Workstation):
Add a new midi control
Assign these to functionality in your audio program via midi mapping.
MIDI controller can now control the assigned functionality - eg volume slider, effect ON / OFF, recording start and much more.
