I have a SYW credit card account already, but the app doesn't give the option of logging in with a username. Instead, it demands an email and account creation. I'm not going to do that all over again. Besides, good old Eddie has ensured the utter failure of Sears and Kmart.

What a joke. I've been a Sears ShopYourWay credit card holder for years. When I log intoy credit card's website it tell me I have around 20k points. When I log in to this app and link my card it says I have 0 points. What a waste!

This app seems to be geared to one thing: to sell you a credit card. There is no way to link in an existing Shop Your Way credit card. The only option they give is to apply for a new one and the ads and links to do so are put on nearly every page.

So, I finally got the app to let me log in after months of trying and trying. First of all, it's the actual master card website (no app)second is the shop your way app but surprise, surprise the points on the Mastercard are not linked to syw...I'm trying to sort this mess out log in to the master card website. The website sends me to the syw app but to a different account number. With 0 points. No way on adding this master card to syw but I can apply to it again on syw. What a way to scam people

Awful app and awful service. It's a very poorly laid out site and trying to find what you want is far more difficult than it should be. The prices are definitely NOT good deals. The catalogs to shop around are 80% out of stock. In order to get free shipping you have to have $35 of very select items. The selection of everything is very limited and it's hard to find someone worth buying. When I finally find something worth buying it might say "only available for pickup" and the nearest pickup store is 2 hours away. Sometimes it says "not available for shipping" AND "not available for pickup" so I'm not sure how you're supposed to buy it. In the end the "freecash" becomes pointless because there's nothing worth buying that I can't buy for cheaper without the "freecash" elsewhere. Just avoid the app and the service altogether—save yourself the trouble.

here's the catch you offer up to 11% on some products. we have to be redirected from the app to the retailers' website. but it never redirects. it freezes on 1 second waiting to be redirected. I thought it was my phone so I tried on my husband's and it froze the same. so guess what? I cant apply or get the points because technically I'm not buying from the shop your way app. smh. 🤨
