It's pretty much the only way to listen to spotify standalone on wear os, since the official app just just a remote control for the phone spotify. It doesn't support offline playback, which a shame, but I can live without it. However, I am having some other issues as well. For one, the search function doesn't work at all, which means you cannot play any songs that you haven't previously added to your liked songs on another device. Ok, I could get over that as well and just make do with my playlists, but unfortunately, the playlists don't work either. I can see a list of my playlists, but if I click on one, it never loads. I also sometimes experience issues with playback, where the playback just stops after each song. So basically, right now the only thing I can do in this app is to play the list of songs I clicked the like button on. It also doesn't show a notification with music controls when it's playing (like for example the excellent navmusic does), so to reopen it I have to go to the app list, find it and click it. In summary, this could be a very decent spotify player, if at the very least the playlists and the playback stopping issues got fixed, the rest of the things I mentioned would be nice to have, but I could live without them.

Very great potential for a full blown spotify app for wearos! However I have several issues with this app mainly some performance problems (lag) and trouble getting into playlist; it keeps loading and loading that I can't even get into a single playlist (playing music from "songs" "album" and "artist" is ok though) Thank you for this app

I love this app the only thing that doesn't work about it is the search and the recently played songs.

The app is great, however, here are some issues which I faced, in hope they get fixed. - The app is always showing the music controls in the new Wear OS, even when there's no music playing at all. - When playing through the watch, some songs have buffer issues where they cut up a lot, a buffering increase option might help in this scenario. - When the app is changing something (Changing Shuffle, Repeat, etc. ... it doesn't show a loading screen to say that the request is still ongoing, which causes the UI to flicker between "Shuffle on" and "Shuffle off" until the request is complete.

I like the idea behind the app and it's implemented nicely. However search and playlist initialisation is currently not working. I will change this review to 5 stars immediately if promised functionality is provided. Running the app on a Huawei 2 wear os 2.0 most recent wear os updates as of oct 25th.

Great app but I haven't been able to get playlists to load. However, I'm just happy to have something, even if it is just shuffling all songs because the Spotify app is completely useless.
