I absolutely adore this app, it is very user friendly 'earthy, clean, crisp' not too much unnecessary gibberish when trying to access your account; even while in the app it is like a good friend it reminds you of where you are. I ENJOY using this service. Great app...😊👍🏾🤗 very enjoyable with a broad selection of choices, recommendations are always on point and oh so helpful. I LOVE THIS APP!!!!!

Straightforward to use - tremendous selection from a very, very broad spectrum; plus sheet music for whatever instrument! There can be varying format choices so you're able to download and use, on various devices, when the internet's not available or is cost prohibitive. Well worth the fee if you commonly read or research topics - you'll probably use it often, if not daily.

The only thing keeping it from five stars at the moment is quite a large detriment; I have already sent in a support ticket but have yet to hear anything back from the staff about The referral program simply not working for any of my friends who are interested. It is stopping them from getting the two months and it is stopping me from getting the free months for every friend who is interested. Once this has been resolved I'm more than likely to update this review.

I signed up for a free trial and canceled before it was done. I was then charged in error after my cancelation. The customer service was worthless, they took weeks to respond to each email and wouldn't help me. I eventually had to go to my bank and issue charge backs, but they can't go back far enough for all the charges. Now the customer support people won't refund the first couple of erroneous charges because of the charge backs. Stay away from this shady company. UPDATE: I contacted Scribd again, as asked to by the person who replied to me. Unfortunately, they basically told me "no". I was told, in not so many words, that I knew what I was doing when I signed up for the trial and that I should've expected them to keep charging me. These people are scammers, do not give this company any money because they will charge you until you are forced to issue chargebacks through your bank.

Absolutely amazing. There are some titles that I wish were on here, but I completely understand licensing and why they're not. I used to have Audible but this blows that app out of the water and for the price, it just astounds me. I highly recommend to anyone thinking of looking for a new app.

I am not a bot or affiliated with the app. This is an honest review. After about a month I still think this app is an amazing idea. I would still give it 5 stars, but the lack of some common books and sequels can be frustrating at times. It probably has more to do with licensing than the actual app or its service, but it is still an issue that will eventually need to be resolved.
