Pastor Wesline Valentin attended Rutgers University and graduated with a bachelor degree in Psychology with minor in Sociology in May 1991. Pastor Valentin also attended Eastern Bible Institute, an extension of Lighthouse Christian College where she received her Bachelor of Theology in 1997. Pastor Valentin has received numerous awards of honors from the different conferences and work that she has done in the community. Pastor Valentin is currently a board member of Revelation Bible Institute.

Pastor Valentin received the call to preach at 15 years of age, a year after accepting Christ as her Personal Savior. In 1990, Pastor Valentin joined HPC Church as a founder member of the organization. Pastor Valentin became the first State Youth Director in charge of organizing and structuring all the youth groups and programs. Pastor Valentin organized youth retreats and conferences for the youth. In 1999, Pastor Valentin was Superintendent of the Sunday School Department. Pastor Valentin has traveled in different states for youth conferences and women conferences.

Pastor Valentin has a passion for the youth and believes in teaching our youth to be valuable human being in their society. Pastor Valentin believes in empowering our youngsters to do great thing.

Pastor Valentin has worked as an Evangelist under the ministry of HPC Church of New Jersey from 1997 until 2007 where was ordained as a licensed minister. Pastor Valentin received an Honorary Doctor of Divinity through Agape Bible College in conjunction with Ambassador for Christ Church.

In 2007, God asked Pastor Valentin to move to Orlando for ministry purpose and in 2011, 2nd Chance International Ministries opened its door to the community.

As the Pastor of 2nd Chance International Ministries, Pastor Valentin has a vision to reach out to the families in the community and to make an impact in their lives through mentoring and teaching. Her goal is to empower and equip the families with the Word of God.

Through her ministry, people are discovering and fulfilling their destiny and purpose. Pastor Valentin’s messages give emphasis to Salvation, Restoration, Faith and the Power of the Holy Spirit and the Power of Prayer. God is calling his people to take a stand to become true worshipers.

Pastor Valentin strongly believes in the well-being of the family as a whole. She has been married for over 26 years and has 4 beautiful children. Her family is her life.
