I don't know what the point of having an app is, there is always some glitch that makes it impossible to complete the order without going to the website. Like this time, I couldn't edit or add any credit cards, the app would just say 'page not found'. Lazy app developers.

FIX YOUR APP AND WEBSITE. I haven't ordered anything in 2 months because your app and website will not let me make any changes to my cart. I can't empty it. I can't remove individual items. I don't want everything currently in my cart. I'm about to cancel my entire account over this. If I can't get my next order placed because of this, I'm done.

The food is Always fresh. Great pizza, fruit and succulent meat etc. My fav is the strawberry ice-cream! Delivery service is so convenient as well. Order on-line and pick a delivery date, and you are on way to savory city! Literally put 4 slits in plastic and pop container in micro for 5-7 minutes. Then, Voila' its done! Also the portions are huge! There's always left overs. I wish i found this co. When my kids were YOUNGER, because EASY ON YOUR POCKET and ready in a snap!

The chat feature does not work with the live chat. You cannot view what you are typing in the chat box. It leads to typos and bad communication with Customer Service. The Live Chat feature is completely useless if you cannot communicate effectively with them.

This app is a nightmare to use. You constantly have to re-sign in while trying to build an order, it loses your cart so you have to start over, and has issues with trying to add a payment card. Garbage.
