I have no choice but to use this app. It is not well organized but once you get used to it, you can deal with it with only minimal frustration, but always frustration. Worse, it keeps crashing on my recent Android phone after restarts.

I like the idea of the app, and it has the potential to help communicate with the teachers and school officials. Unfortunately, the execution is poor. The UI is inscrutable, and the app keeps crashing. It is unable to view PDFs attached by teachers at all (I have to go to the web app). When viewing multiple items attached in a single post, you just view one, close it, go back, scroll to the next one, and then view that, and then go back, etc. They could have allowed a swipe to go to the next.

I am having a hard time using the features on this app. If I select a link option it either doesn't load or it takes me back to the home page. If I try to enter data, it takes me back to the home page. When I try to navigate back to the previous page I was on, it asks if I want to leave the app.

App hasn't worked in 2 months. Can't log on at all or even fully open it. I can enter my pin then it closes down.

1st impression - yes its that bad. app installed fine. Asked for more permissions than i thought reasonable. Then while scrolling through the pages from Kids school. App crashed over and over and over. agree with others, nearly unusable. There is no clear navigation. Online desktop is better but still not a "good" user experience. use it if you must, else tey using website instead.

If I could give 0 stars I would! Not able to access any information before it shuts off. Something as important as your child's school progress and communications should function properly at all times. According to reviews it works fine on iPhone's, I shouldn't have to spend $1000 on a new phone to know what's going on at my child's school. That is especially so this day and age when school shootings are a reality. It really should be fixed or replaced!
