Horrible app. Unable to delete old/irrelevant messages. Not at all user friendly. My husband who is a secondary contact receives phone notifications before me, the primary contact. Apparently, I can't change this, so he will have to block the number. Very disappointing to use. Also very disappointed that my Canadian school board chose an American app to use.

Not user friendly... too many glitches. What's the point of this app if I already get communications via email from the school. No explanation on how to mark my child absent. One of the worst apps I have ever tried to use. It seems like most of the other reviews on here are all the same. Fix the glitches and make it much easier to use... geesh!

Lots of basic features missing that are expected in a message/ notification app. Can't jump to next message without closing current message and owning next one from the main menu. Can't select/multiselect and mark as read. Every time app updates or login expires, it sets all messages back to unread.

Great app for keeping us in contact with school staff and keeping us updated on all the activities and events. It was especially helpful this year when the pandemic limited our ability to communicate "in person".

Easy to use and very functional. Makes getting and reporting infomation to the school alot easier and faster. The only downfall is, I dont see an option to delete messages.

It's the worst. I only use it a few times a year to mark my child as absent and it ALWAYS logs me out. I don't have my password memorized so it's a hassle to use. I often just give up and let the school chase me around looking for him instead.
