I love it. So easy and you don't have to go to the school anymore to add money. Very convenient for me to keep track of my children accounts.

I have version 6.2.1 running on a Pixel 4a. When app starts it says "No internet connection", even though all other apps can access the network just fine. I can't use the app at all.

This is a great app. It helps me to know that my child is getting nutritious food while learning. Also, I know not to pack a lunch when they offer certain options, for example my child really likes their mandarin chicken, pepperoni pizza and mac & cheese lunches. On those days, we save a tray. Financially, I can approximate how much to add to the school cafe account based on how much is spent weekly. It's user friendly, mobile, so convenient, and much appreciated!!! 👍 5⭐

I love having this app! It's super convenient to be able to add funds online rather than sending a check or cash into school. I also like being able to set restrictions for a la cart purchases. I also like getting notifications for a low balance. Overall, I've had a great experience with the app. My only recommendation is to be able to set restrictions on breakfast purchases. (My son tends to still buy breakfast at school even after eating at home which cuts into the lunch money budget.)

Updated from 2 to 5 stars... Problem solved by re-install. 5 stars for the quick customer service... Thanks. This app will not log-in about 99% (no exaggeration) of the time. It has my user/password remembered, when the app starts I just click the log-in button and the spinning circle just spins forever. Killing the app and starting over, rebooting the phone, nothing seems to make it work. This is extremely frustrating. For the 1% of the time it does work, it's a great app, but... :(

This is a great app to be able to quickly pay for lunches. However, it's a rip off they charge you a service fee every time you use it. I have used other apps like this and they charge a one time yearly service fee of $15. I think that would be a little easier on the parents bank account since we have very few choices for paying our students lunches. Just food for thought since a lot of us are just barely outside of the financial help requirements for lunches.
