Savings Star has been a serious disappointment. Never any savings worth using (I will not buy something just because it has a small savings). And won't let me get my savings off until I reach $20. I used to love the app, now...... not so much. 😞

I like this app. Just watch that you are getting credit for everything you submit. Since covid started I believe they may be working from home or short staffed. I've had to request for them to resubmit a few offers.

Over the years, Saving star have been somewhat helpful untill lately. Will changeing their name make a difference in their service s. Cashing out at 5.00 was good. Why would cashing out at 20.00 make a difference. Only to have had my Entire account wiped out. How do I recover my account and my balance $??.??

FRAUD. Accrued a decent amount of rebates. When I went to transfer to my paypal the money left savingstar acct and never showed up in my paypal. I've sent multiple emails, facebook posts, tweets...not a single response. And other people have the same experience.

The app stays white. I read that it is a slow app, however mine will not load at all. I have literally sat with my phone waiting for the app to come on for 10 min and nothing just a white page. Yes, I un-istalled and re- installed several times. I also updated the app and my phone. I emailed them about it and no answer. Not even a "we got your email and are looking into the problem. " I hate it because so many of the couponers I follow use it.

This app requires you to link your loyalty card to submit receipts for a large number of stores such as Rite Aid, CVS, Giant Eagle, Walgreens, Dollar General, and Tops. But when you try to do it you get a message that loyalty card linking is "unavailable." How can this app be considered useable? This needs to be resolved before I can recommend this app.
