Quite disappointed, even after having an active subscription, the "Download" option downloads only the Appendix or a few pages of any selected ebook in a zipped format. Obviously, if you aren't connected to the internet in any scenario, will you keep on reading the Appendix or a handful of pages? Answer to the Question 12 of the "Help" section says that you can save a copy to your COMPUTER or mobile device, isn't this contradictory? Utter dissatisfaction.

Very convenient for reading lenghty books. Navigation to topics is on fingers tips. Saves time compared to Pdf or reading in other formats.
