I cannot log on with my email as well. Called my nurse several times keeps saying the tec people are working on it it's been about 5 weeks and no fix. This is a serious treatment which I would like serious resources to find comfort in. Time to Step It Up please

App doesn't work. After download, app asks for the email address you registered with. I never was directed to register. But I entered my email address which directed me to a page that said it did not recognize my email address, try a different email address. "Already a patient? Ask us to confirm your email address. After three redirected calls I decided that I would not find help. I decided to review and then maybe I could find out if this app is worthy.

I was able to login with the email Sanofi uses to contact me. Haven't spent long in the app, but it had my initial infusions from last year in there already. Looks like the functionality is similar to the website.

Doesn't work, app locks up. Update: Just ended a call with Lemtrada's One to One people who verified there is an ongoing issue with logging into this app.

Verified email address with One to One. Everything ok. Re installed app twice. Still nothing. It keeps saying that my email address was not found and they have to send a note to management to take another look. Come on tech support. Have a working app before giving it to your patients.
